Kungsörnen Rye flour Fine malt from Lantmännen comes from Swedish fields and is a fiber-rich flour. The flour works well if you want to bake darker bread, or for scalding which gives slightly juicier bread. Rye flour Fine malt is also a good basis if you want to make your own sourdough. If you mix the rye flour with Kungsörnen Wheat flour or Wheat flour Special, you can also bake dark, fine-grained bread with a lovely rye taste. The flour is also keyhole marked and contains 100% whole grain. This flour is part of Lantmännen's Climate & Nature cultivation program, a flour that is grown with a lower climate impact.
